    1. this website, including its subdomains and any other website through which the Company makes its service available;
    2. the services;
    3. any applications, sample and content files, source code, scripts, instruction sets or software included as part of the service, as well as any related documentation.

  3. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each clause applies to all users/consumers of this website.

Cameron Law, PLLC is not engaged in rendering legal services or advice by providing the information and materials on this Site, and that your use of the Site does not create any attorney-client relationship between you and J. Cameron Law, PLLC, its partners, affiliates and contributors.  You agree that the limitations set forth above are fundamental elements of this agreement, and that the Site and its materials would not be provided to you absent such limitations.  Some state statutes may restrict this limitation of liability.

  12. You agree that you will not use this Site for any unlawful purpose, or for any purpose prohibited herein or in J. Cameron Law, PLLC’s Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.  You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless J. Cameron Law, PLLC, its partners, affiliates and contributors from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including attorneys’ fees) related to (i) your violation of these terms and/or (ii) your posting or use of information or materials on this Site.

  13. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.  Any dispute between you and J. Cameron Law, PLLC regarding the content or use of the Site shall be resolved by arbitration under the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association, with hearings held in the English language or with the assistance of a sworn interpreter, in the State of New York, United States of America, and shall not be joined with any dispute that any other person or entity may have with J. Cameron Law, PLLC.

  14. Our failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.

  15. We reserve the right to prohibit access, use, conduct, communications, or content that we, in our sole discretion, deem to be harmful to the Site, users, us, our brand, our business partners and licensors, or any other person or entity, or that violates these Terms of Use and/or applicable law.

  16. We reserve the right to remove commentary on its social media channels.  We will remove posts that are outside the original intent of the conversation, as well as those that are offensive or illegal.  In addition, posts that drive to an individual’s websites or products with the intent of personal gain, or those that disclose confidential information, will be removed.

  17. Information sent to J. Cameron Law, PLLC via Internet e-mail or through the Site is not secure and is done on a non-confidential basis.  J. Cameron Law, PLLC may make reasonable efforts to keep communications private, but because of the nature of Internet communications and the absence of an attorney-client relationship, we cannot promise or guarantee confidentiality.

  18. J. Cameron Law, PLLC Clients are individuals who have entered into a mutually signed retainer agreement with J. Cameron Law, PLLC.  (“Company Clients”).  Certain portions of the Site designated as such by J. Cameron Law, PLLC, such as a “Client Portal”, may be available for use only by Company Clients.  When Company Clients use such portions of the Site designated by J. Cameron Law, PLLC to communicate with us pursuant to our representation of a Company Client, we will ensure that any information provided pursuant to such attorney-client relationship may not be shared with third parties except as is done with such precautions to preserve the confidentiality of the relevant information and any attorney-client privilege as may attach to such information. J. Cameron Law, PLLC takes commercially reasonable measures to secure and protect the information that we collect.

  19. J. Cameron Law, PLLC has tried to comply with all legal and ethical requirements in compiling the Site.  We welcome comments about our compliance with the applicable rules and will update the Site as warranted, upon learning of any new or different requirements.  To the extent that the professional responsibility rules of any jurisdiction require us to designate a principal office or an attorney responsible for the Site, J. Some materials on the Platform may constitute attorney advertising.  The choice of an attorney is an important decision, and it should never be based solely upon an advertisement.  Before making your choice of any attorney, you should give this matter careful thought.  Cases will be handled by attorneys licensed in the local jurisdiction.  Before you decide, you may ask us to send you free written information about our qualifications, experience and background.  No representation is made that the attorneys are certified specialists or experts in any field of law.  And no representation is made that the legal services to be performed are greater than the quality of legal services performed by other lawyers.  Anyone considering a lawyer should independently investigate the lawyer’s credentials and ability, and not rely upon advertisements or self-proclaimed expertise.  No representation is made here about your specific rights.  Every case/matter is different and must be judged on its own merits.  Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.  Cases may be handled in association with, or referred to, other law firms as co-counsel or referral counsel.  Only the law firm’s non-lawyer staffed call center is open 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

  21. International Use.  The Site is controlled, operated, and administered by J. Cameron Law, PLLC from offices within the United States of America and is only intended for use therein.  We make no representation regarding use of the Site outside of the United States.

  22. If this Agreement has been translated, you agree that its original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
